Orient Translation Services has been entitled to receive ISO 9001:2008 certificate in May 2009. The company has been audited by Deutscher Akkreditierungsrat (DAR) and Güte Zert (GZ) to ensure that our quality assurance process is an integral part of our translation and localization work and is continually being developed to assure customer satisfaction.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide organization of national standards with more than 110 member countries. ISO 9001 standards represent international consensus for quality management and quality assurance. In order to be entitled to receive ISO 9001:2008, a company must develop an operational standard based on eight quality management principles and must be intensely scrutinized by an approved ISO auditor to guarantee that such principles are met satisfactorily.
